The National English Test Paper of 2014 College Entrance Examination has made great adjustments, which offers a more scientific structure arrangement and covers a wider range of knowledge. Therefore, the test paper could objectively measure the candidates＇ competence of using the English language. Consequentially, this helps to effectively balance the English language testing and the English language learning and teaching, which also benefits colleges in admitting more talented freshmen.
