摘要
室间隔缺损(ventricular septal defect,VSD)是常见的先天性心脏病之一,超声心动图在室间隔缺损封堵术的术前诊断、术中监测引导、术中效果评价及术后长期随访中发挥着重要作用,现就其在经胸微创封堵中的应用作一综述。
Ventricular septal defect （VSD） is the one of the most common congenital heart malfor- mations. And echocardiograph plays an important role in the preoperative diagnosis, intraoperative monitoring guidance, intraoperative effect assessment and postoperative long-term follow-up of the closure of ventricular septal defect. The author reviews the application of the transthoracic echocar- diograph to the closure of ventricular septal defect.
