摘要
社区卫生服务中心在艾滋病预防控制工作中对重点人群和普通居民提供多项服务具有针对性、可及性、持续性、便利性、人性化、经济价值高的优势。加大投入,提高社区卫生服务中心工作人员的素质,提高效率和效益,加强政策的支持,最大限度利用各方资源保质保量完成各项预防控制工作任务是防艾的重点和难点。
Community health service centers provide multiple services to the target population and ordinary residents in the prevention of AIDS, which have the advantages of pertinence, accessibili- ty, continuity, convenience, humanity, and high economic values. The key and difficult points ofthe preventing and treatment of AIDS are the increasement of input, improvement of the qualitiesof work staff in the community health service centers, the improvement of efficiency and cost effec-tiveness, the strengthening of the policy support and make the best use of all resources to accom-plish tasks with high quality.
