摘要
研究目的:探求镇域小尺度的农村居民点整治适宜性评价方法,通过农村居民点整治实现乡村公共服务均等化目标。研究方法:GIS方法,综合指标法,空间可达度评价法。研究结果:以上海市奉贤区青村镇为例,评价不同农村居民点的公共设施优劣条件,并据此研究其农村居民点整治的适宜性等级和适宜类型:(1)青村镇农村居民点的教育、医疗及交通等可达性空间分布具有较明显差异,可作为农村居民点整治适宜性分析的依据。(2)最适合集中扩建整治模式的农村居民点相对比较集中,主要分布在青村镇南部南张村为中心区域和东部北港村附近区域,共计7个村166.80 hm2,占全镇农村居民点面积的29.59%;(3)适合拆除归并整治模式的农村居民点主要分布在西北以及北部边缘地区的13个村,共计193.78 hm2,占全镇农村居民点面积的34.37%。研究结论:从乡村公共设施空间可达性角度评价居民点整治适宜性,是新型城镇化背景下农村居民点整治的有益探索。
The purpose of this paper is to develop an evaluation method of suitability ot rural reslnenuax consouu^u town scale based on accessibility of infrastructure and to archive the target of equalization of basic public services. GIS analysis, integrated index and accessibility evaluation method were employed in the paper. Taking Qingcun, Fengxian District of Shanghai as example, the suitability grading and types were evaluated based on AreGIS 10.0 software. The results show that： 1） the spatial distributions of education, medical treatment and traffic infrastructure accessibility varies significantly; 2） the areas that suit for concentrated and expanded pattern of rural settlements are relatively concentrated, mainly distributed in the southern part and eastern part of the Qingcun Town with the area of 166.80 hm^2, covering 29.59% of the total rural settlements land; 3） the area that suit for removal and merged pattern of rural settlements are mainly distributed in the northwest and northern area with the area of 193.78 hm^2, covering 34.37% of the total rural settlements land. Therefore, the paper concludes that the town consolidation planning can be compiled according to the evaluation results of suitability of rural residential consolidation based on accessibility infrastructure.
