摘要
目的:系统评价盐酸安非他酮缓释片和盐酸氟西汀片治疗抑郁症的有效性及安全性,为其临床应用提供依据。方法:计算机检索Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验资料库、Ovid-medline全文数据库、PubMed、Embase、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数字化期刊库、维普数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库中盐酸安非他酮缓释片对比盐酸氟西汀片治疗抑郁症的有效性与安全性的随机对照试验(RCT),提取资料后采用Rev Man 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9项RCT,合计1 106例患者。Meta分析,盐酸安非他酮缓释片与盐酸氟西汀片治疗抑郁症的有效性无明显差异[OR=1.13,95%CI(0.87,1.48),P>0.05];不良反应发生率与盐酸氟西汀片治疗抑郁症比较也无明显差异[OR=1.13,95%CI(0.91,1.41),P>0.05]。结论:盐酸安非他酮缓释片和盐酸氟西汀片治疗抑郁症具有相似的疗效及不良反应。
Objective To approach the effectiveness and safety of bupropion hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and fluoxetine tablets in treatment of depression,and to provide basis for their application in clinic.Methods Computer search was performed using the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trial,Ovid-medline,PubMed,Embase,CNKI, WanFang, VIP,and CBM,and the randomized controlled trials（RCTs） were collected,then the retrieved studied according to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria were screened,the quality of included studies was evaluated and RevMan 5.3software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of9 RCT and 1 106 patients were finally included.There was no difference in the effectiveness between bupropion hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and fluoxetine tablets [OR=1.13,95%CI（0.87,1.48）,P〉0.05].There was no difference in the side effects between bupropion hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and fluoxetine tablets[OR=1.13,95%CI（0.91,1.41）,P〉0.05].Conclusion Bupropion hydrochloride sustained-release tablets have the same effectiveness and side effects as fluoxetine tablets in treatment of depression.
