摘要
向应用技术大学转型既是新建本科院校适应我国高等教育体系分类发展,各展其长,有效服务于社会经济发展的需要,也是提高自身竞争能力和实现可持续发展的必然。本文认为,转型模式主要有断裂式转型模式、分布式转型模式和协作式转型模式三种。在转型过程中,新建本科院校需要面向区域社会发展重新定位,根据自身资源和优势,关注和处理好学校发展战略、变革领导、办学行为、组织文化等转型核心要素,以实现差异化和特色化发展优势。
Transition to the University of Applied Sciences is not only to adapt to the development of classification of higher education system, take advantage of each other according to their own cases, and serve the social andeconomic development effectively, but also to improve competitive ability and achieve sustainable development. This paper argues that there are mainly three kinds of transition mode: fractured mode, distributed mode and collaborative mode. In the process of transition, the newly founded undergraduate college needs to reposition facing the regional social development. According to its own resources and advantages, college should pay attention to and deal with the core elements of transition, such as, the school development strategy, leadership change, school-running behavior, and organizational culture, so as to achieve differentiation and specialization development advantage.
