摘要
目的:观察针刺结合手法复位治疗耳石症的临床疗效。方法:将70例耳石症的患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各35例。治疗组予以针刺结合手法复位治疗;对照组予以单纯手法复位治疗。结果:治疗1个疗程后,两组对耳石症的治疗均有一定效果,治疗组对耳石症的疗效明显优于对照组疗效(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合手法复位治疗耳石症,可提高临床疗效,值得推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture with manual reposition method for the treat- ment of otolith disease. Methods：70 cases of otolith disease patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given only man- ual reposition method and patients in the treatment group were given acupuncture with manual reposition meth- od. Results： After one course of treatment, in two groups the treatment for otolith disease had a certain effect, and the effect in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Ac-upuncture combined with manual reduction treatment for otolith disease can improve the clinically curative effect and is worth clinical promotion.
