摘要
职业教育是以服务为宗旨、就业为导向的教育,是为企业培养适用的高素质技能型人才队伍的教育。职业教育要提高人才培养的适用性就要提高专业与产业的吻合度,提高专业与产业的吻合度就要求职业教育专业建设对接产业的发展,实现企业需求与人才培养的有效对接。因此要求在物流人才培养过程中,加强与区域物流产业发展的对接,适应物流产业发展,服务物流产业发展,提升专业建设水平。
