摘要
供应链管理越来越受到企业的重视,而库存管理是供应链管理中的核心问题,文中针对多级库存控制过程中,提出客户需求确定的情况下,建立了某一类核心生产企业、区域批发商和多个销售商为供应链的多级库存数学模型,以计划时间内供应链系统运行期望总费用最小建立目标函数,由此得到最优的订货策略,实现物流合理化。
