药物加IKAP模式健康教育治疗官兵慢性前列腺炎效果观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的:观察药物加IKAP模式(信息-知识-观念-行为模式)健康教育治疗某部官兵慢性前列腺炎的效果。方法:选择某部官兵慢性前列腺炎236例,随机分为对照组和观察组各118例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗基础上实施IKAP模式健康教育,观察比较两组排尿症状、疼痛不适及生活质量评分等。结果:IKAP模式健康教育6个月后,观察组排尿症状、疼痛不适及生活质量分值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:药物加IKAP模式健康教育治疗某部官兵慢性前列腺炎的效果优于单纯药物治疗。
