摘要
为了满足YB28型软盒包装机(600包/分)的预切式商标纸高速供料。双纸库的商标纸供料装置设计,是通过一种新颖的双圆柱凸轮驱动一个双自由度差动带轮系所形成的组合机构,实现扇形吸纸轮旋转往复运动和直线往复运动所组成的复合运动,以满足取纸的设计要求。通过分析,得出了该机构中两个圆柱凸轮速度的关系式,并对其中一个凸轮进行反求,验证了原设计的运动规律。在样机上的实际运行结果表明,该预切式商标纸吸纸机构能够按要求,高速、稳定的提供商标纸。
In order to satisfy the pre--cut type label paper high--speed feeding for of YB28 type soft box packing machine (600 Packs/min). The device is designed to be a double label paper stack ac- cording to the double cylindrical cams driving a two degree of freedom differential pulley system com- bined mechanism, and the fan suction wheel rotary reciprocating and reciprocating composite motion are realized to satisfy the motion of paper--taking. Through the analysis, the speed relationships of the double cylindrical cams combined mechanism are obtained and reverse calculation for one cam is car- ried out and the motion law of the original design is verified. The results of application show that the stack fed label device could accurately supply the label paper speedily and steadily.
