个体化三维塑形钛网与普通钛网修补颅骨缺损疗效对比 被引量:2

Comparison of Curative Effects between Personalized Three-Dimensional Titanium Mesh and Ordinary Titanium Mesh in Cranioplasty

摘要 目的:观察三维塑形钛网在颅骨修补术中的应用,并与普通钛网用于颅骨修补进行临床疗效的对比。方法:2009年1月至2012年12月用个体化三维塑形钛网进行颅骨缺损修补32例,并与2006年1月至2012年12月用普通钛网修补颅骨缺损43例进行比较分析。观察两组资料的手术时间、植入固定钛钉数量、术后头皮肿胀消退时间、伤口愈合时间、住院时间、外观满意程度、并发症。结果:个体化三维塑形钛网修补组和普通钛网修补组的手术时间分别为(120±12)min和(155±±15)min,植入钛钉数量为(10.4±1.2)枚和(14.6±2.5)枚,术后头皮肿胀消退时间为(3.5±1.8)d和(7.0±2.1)d,伤口愈合时间为(10.4±2.3)d和(12.7±2.9)d,住院时间为(16.4±2.6)d和(15.8±2.3)d,外观满意度程度为100.0%和83.7%,并发症发生率为12.5%和32.6%,两组资料在手术时间、植入钛钉数量、头皮肿胀消退时间、伤口愈合时间、外观满意度及并发症比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),在住院时间上无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:个体化三维塑形钛网修补颅骨缺损手术时间短、植入钛钉数量少,恢复快,塑形效果好、并发症少,明显优于普通钛网。 Objective:To investigate the application of three-dimensional titanium mesh in cranioplasty and compare the clinical effects of three-dimensional titanium mesh with ordinary titanium mesh in cranioplasty Methods:The cranioplasty with personalized three-dimensional titanium mesh had been performed in 32 patients with skull defects from January,2009 to December,2012(Group A).The ordinary titanium mesh cranioplasty had been performed in 43 patients with skull defects from January,2006 to December,2012(Group B).The operative duration,the number of the implanted titanium nails,the postoperative swelling time,the recovery time,the length of hospital stay,the appearance satisfaction degrees and operative complications were compared between 2groups.Results:In Group A,the operative duration,the number of the implanted titanium nails,the postoperative swelling time,the recovery time,the length of hospital stay and the complication rates were respectively(120±12)min,(10.4±1.2)nails,(3.5±1.8)d,(10.4±2.3)d,(16.4±2.6)d and 12.5%;(155±15)min,(14.6±2.5)nails,(7.0±2.1)d,(12.7±±2.9)d,(15.8±2.3)d and 32.6%in Group B.There were significantly statistical differences between two groups in above aspects except the length of hospital stays.Conclusion:The personalized three-dimensional titanium mesh cranioplasty has advantages over ordinary titanium mesh cranioplasty in shorter operative duration,less titanium nail consumption and recovery time,better curative effects and fewer operative complications.
