摘要
采用湿法消解的方法对土壤和沉积物进行前处理,采用氢化物-原子荧光方法对制备的样品进行汞和铋的测定,测定结果满足实验室要求,并表明该方法具有快速、方便、准确性好、灵敏度高等优点,是可以普遍应用的方法。
After using wet digestion as pre-treatment for soil and sediment, content of mercury and bismuthby in samples was determined by the hydride atomic fluorescence method. The determination results met the requirements of the laboratory analysis. This method was fast, convenient, and had good accuracy, high sensitivity, etc. The method could be widely used.
