摘要
目的:探讨可溶性髓系细胞触发受体-1(s TREM-1)在新生儿细菌性肺炎早期诊断和治疗中的价值。方法:将40例符合新生儿肺炎诊断标准且痰培养检出细菌的患儿归为肺炎组,以40例非感染性疾病新生儿归为对照组。肺炎组患儿于入选当天及出院前、对照组患儿于入选当天抽取静脉血标本,采用ELISA法测定血清s TREM-1,并检测C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)。结果:肺炎组患儿急性期及恢复期血清s TREM-1、CRP、WBC均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺炎组急性期期血清s TREM-1水平高于恢复期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清s TREM-1水平升高可以作为诊断新生儿细菌性肺炎的有效指标。
Objective: To evaluate the the significance of soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 ( sTREM- 1 ) in the diagnosis and treatent of neonates with bacterial pneumonia. Methods: Forty neonates with positive sputum culture and to be diagnosed with neonatal pneumonia were as pneumonia group, 40 patients of non- infection disease were as control group. Venous blood samples was extracted on the day of admission and before discharge in pneumonia group and on the day of admission in control group. Meanwhile, sTREM- 1 was detected by ELISA, CRP and WBC were measured. Results: Concentration of sTREM-1, CRP and WBC in pneumonia group in the acute phase and convalescence were higher than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05 ).
