摘要
基于皖北六个地级市343户农民实际调研数据,以Logistic回归模型为工具,对主体特征、组织因素、政策环境等影响农民合作意愿的因素进行实证分析,结果表明:农民合作意愿受主体、组织、政策环境三方面因素的影响,其中农户的家庭特征、合作社运行机制、合作社服务体系、对合作社认知、土地流转变量对农户的合作意愿影响显著。基于上述结果,文章从政府引导与宣传教育、完善合作社为农服务体系、健全合作社运行机制、促进土地流转等方面提出了相关政策建议。
In the six- level city in northern Anhui, 343 members of the actual survey gression model, in terms of willingness to subject, object wishes, wishes environment data, using Logistic re- willingness to cooperate empirical analysis of the factors affecting farmers, the results showed that： farmers＇ cooperative the wishes of the affected subject, object, three environmental factors, which recognize farmers cooperatives, family char- acteristics, co- operation mechanisms, cooperative service system, land transfer variables affect farmers＇ willingness to cooperate significantly. Based on these results, guidance and education from the government, and improve the service system of agricultural cooperatives, improve co - operation mechanism, promote land transfer and other aspects of the policy recommendations.
