摘要
在栈桥钢结构焊缝的所有缺陷当中,表面裂纹是最危险的缺陷,一旦发生断裂,不仅仅会造成重大经济损失,严重者更会直接导致大量人员伤亡,而磁粉探伤技术是检出表面裂纹灵敏度最高的方法。因此该文就应用磁粉探伤技术,针对煤矿栈桥焊缝钢结构的缺陷特别是小角度缺陷的检出进行探讨。
In all the defects of steel structure weld of trestle, surface crack is the most dangerous, once broken, not only will cause huge economic losses, serious may even a large number of casualties and direct result, magnetic powder lfaw detection technology is the highest sensitivity detection method for surface crack. So this paper applied magnetic particle inspection technology, discussed the defects of the steel structure weld of the coal mine trestle, especially small angle defect detection.
