密集建筑群下无残留煤柱绿色开采技术

摘要 针对翟镇煤矿七采区为建筑物下压煤开采及矿井产矸量大等问题,研制应用了综采设备配套的高效机械化矸石充填新设备;研究高效高充实率充填工艺,达到100%高密实性充填;研究上下巷沿空留巷技术,实现无煤柱充填开采。 Aiming at the problem of seven mining area of Zhaizhen Coal Mine located under buildings and the large waste amount in mining, one is the development and application of high efifciency mechanical gangue iflling new equipment matching with fully mechanical mining, one is the study of high efifciency and high iflling rate of iflling technology, to reach 100%high density iflling;another is the study on retaining roadways along goaf technology, to realize non pillar and backifll mining.
