摘要
目的:对中医三联疗法在膝骨关节炎疾病治疗中的临床效果进行探讨。方法:择选我院2012年6月-2013年6月所收治的92例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机将其分成两组,即观察组与对照组,其中,对观察组患者予以中医三联疗法(关节腔清理、玻璃酸注射、中药熏洗)进行治疗,而对照组予以玻璃酸注射与中药熏洗进行治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行观察与比较。结果:观察组中患者的有效率(93.5%)与对照组患者的有效率(76.1%)相比较,存在极为明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床膝骨关节炎疾病的治疗过程中,采取中医三联疗法(关节腔清理、玻璃酸注射、中药熏洗)加以治疗,可获得较好效果,值得大力推广。
Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of Chinese medicine triple therapy in the treatment of o steoarthritis of the knee joint disease in.Methods Selection of our hospital in 2012 June to 2013 June a total of 92 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, namely, the observation group and the control group, the patients in the observation group, to be Chinese medicine triple therapy （joint cavity cleaning, glass acid injection, herbal fumigation） of treatment, while the control group to be hyaluronic acid injection and herbal fumigation treatment, were observed and compared the clinical effects of two groups of patients.Results In the observation group patients have efficiency （93.5%） and the control group with efficiency （76.1%） compared, there is very obvious difference, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the course of treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical disease, take medicine triple therapy （joint cavity cleaning, glass acid injection, herbal fumigation） treatment, can obtain good effect, it is worth to popularize.
