摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的临床治疗效果。方法:选取在我院住院治疗的糖尿病足患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例与对照组30例,分别给予不同的治疗措施,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:对照组患者的临床疗效有效率为76.67%,治疗组患者的临床疗效有效率为93.33%,治疗组患者的临床疗效明显高于对照组,两组之间存在显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:采取中西医结合治疗的方法能够有效的提高患者临床治疗效果,降低致残率的发生,有利于降低患者的痛苦,使患者的生存质量得到提高,值得在临床治疗中应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in diabetic foot. Methods： selected in our hospital 60 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into treatment and control group, 30 cases of treatment group 30 cases, were given different treatment, carries out a comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical effects. Conclusion Taking the combined treatment method can improve the patients clinical treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, reduce disability rate, helps to reduce the pain of patients, the survival quality of patients was improved, it is worthy of application in clinical treatment.
