摘要
目的:对中医护理在糖尿病病人血糖控制中的临床应用效果进行研究。方法:将我院所收治的72例2型糖尿病患者按入院先后顺序均为分中医组与常规组,常规组予以常规药物治疗,在此基础上,对中医组再予以中医护理,且对2组患者的血糖控制情况加以观察。结果:中医组患者护理后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白等均低于常规组患者,存在显著性的差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床上对糖尿病患者实施中医护理干预措施,可有效控制患者的血糖水平,值得大力推广。
Objective：To study the effect of clinical application of TCM nursing in blood glucose control of patients with diabetes mellitus.Method：In our hospital of 72 patients suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus patients according to the sequence of admission were divided into TCM group and the conventional group, normal group was given routine drug treatment, on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine group, then give the Chinese medicine nursing, and 2 groups of patients to observe the blood sugar control. Results：Nursing care of patients with Chinese medicine group after the fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2H blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower than those in the conventional group of patients, there were significant differences, with statistical significance （P〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion：The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions for diabetes patients in clinic, which can effectively control blood sugar levels, it is worth to popularize.
