摘要
目的:探讨益气养阴法在治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者开放式分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加上中药治疗。结果:治疗组在改善临床症状和临床治愈率、总有效率等方面都优于对照组,有显著差异性。结论:在辨证论治的基础上加上适当的中药汤剂能有效的改善患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效。
Objective： To study the clinical curative effect of nourishing Yin method in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods： 80 patients divided into treatment group and control group, the open group in the control group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Results： treatment group in improving clinical symptoms and clinical cure rate and total effective rate were superior to control group, there was a significant difference. Conclusion： on the basis of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicines with appropriate medicinal broth can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, improve the clinical curative effect.
