摘要
通过对医药分开前后门诊量,患者负担监测,患者满意度调查问卷的分析,了解政策和措施对门诊工作及全院运行的影响,评估医药分开后患者的感受和政策落实效果。采用院内数据监测和问卷调查的方式进行调查研究,结果发现,相比试点前,政策落实后门诊量有所提高,患者负担明显下降,患者满意度提高,医院收入略有提高。表明试点后,患者总体满意度有所提升,患者经济负担下降。患者对医药分开政策接受程度较高,同时也反映门诊管理仍有改进空间。
The article analyzed the impact of"drug and medical service separation"policy on outpatient experience and the effect of the policy on hospital administration.Random outpatient questionnaires before and after the policy implemented,and the data monitoring numbers of outpatient and patient's economic burden were collected.The results showed that the outpatient satisfaction was higher after the implementation,and the outpatients' economic burden declined significantly,the numbers of outpatient and income of hospital both increased.The outpatient satisfaction improved significantly after the implementation of the policy,which was attributed to distributing outpatients from their needs and reducing the medical expedition.The results also indicated the high degree acceptance of the policy.Meanwhile,there were still deficiencies in outpatient department administration to be improved.
