摘要
为了探讨地方本科院校与区域经济社会发展之间的关系,将社会责任理念融入高等教育的诸项职能之中,阐明地方本科院校应始终坚持以社会为本位的价值取向,并以市场需求为导向培养人才,以地方优势资源为依托开展科研合作,在服务地方经济社会建设及引领与传承地方文化中,彰显其应有的责任与使命。
There is a close relationship between local colleges an d development of regional economy and society, and social responsibility should be one of the functions of local colleges. It further expounds that local colleges should cultivate the talents with the society-oriented value and market-demanding guidance, and should have scientific and technological cooperation with the local community by using the rich local resources. Only in helping promote local economic and social development as well as leading and inheriting local culture, the social responsibility of local colleges can be fully manifested.
