摘要
分析了煤矿供电系统失压的种类及其假失压的情况,提出基于PQR的算法来检测电压的波动,并研制了一种煤矿井下高压供电系统的失压保护装置。该装置能正确区分电压波动和母线的真正失压,具有延时脱扣跳闸功能,且内置联网通信功能与煤矿电力监控系统联网后,可实现信息化管理。该失压保护装置经常村煤矿运用后,减少了停电事故,确保了煤矿安全生产。
Analyzes the different types of voltage loss and false voltage loss situations in the coal mine power supply system, and comes up with an algorithm to detect the voltage fluctuations based on PQR, and thus develops a voltage-loss protection device of high voltage power supply system at underground coal mine. This device can distinguish correctly between the voltage fluctuations and the real voltage-loss of the bus, with a function of time delay trip, and built-in network communication function, which can achieve information management when networking with coal electric power supervision system. After the voltage-loss protection device applied to Changcun coal mine, the power off accidents have been reduced, which ensured the safe production in coal mine.
