摘要
荞麦是一种重要的杂粮兼药用植物,我国是世界荞麦的主产区之一,也是荞麦的起源中心和遗传多样性中心。我国荞麦的种质资源十分丰富,但荞麦科研起步较晚,育种技术也相对落后。荞麦的产量低而不稳,品种混杂退化严重,影响了我国荞麦在国际市场的竞争力。阐述了迄今为止国内外对荞麦育种的研究现状,其主要包括选择育种、诱变育种、倍性育种、基因工程育种、杂交育种等,并对今后荞麦育种的研究进行了展望。
The buckwheat is considered as one kind of coarse cereals and medicinal plants. As one of the main producing area^s of buckwheat, China is original center and genetic diversity center of buckwheat, rich in buckwheat resource, hut the research on buckwheat starts late and breeding technology is relatively backward. Mixed seriously, low output and varieties degradation of buckwheat affect the competitiveness in the international market of our country. This paper reviews the applications of breeding of buckwheat, including selection breeding, physical and chemical mutagenesis breeding, ployploid breeding, cross-breeding et al, and puts forward its prospects.
