摘要
采用砂培法,研究郑951099大豆在150 mmol/L Na Cl胁迫下,不同浓度的水杨酸、5-磺基水杨酸对其丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等生理指标的影响。结果表明,水杨酸和5-磺基水杨酸均能提高CAT,SOD活性,减少MDA的积累,说明盐胁迫下2种外源酚酸对大豆苗期均有良好的缓解作用;当2种外源酚酸浓度为1.5 mmol/L时,缓解效果最佳;在相同浓度的外源酚酸处理时,5-磺基水杨酸比水杨酸的缓解效果更佳。
In this experiment, sand culture method was used to study the effect on two kinds of exogenous phenolic acids and phys- iological indicators changes such as malondialdehyde (MDA) content, catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismut^e (SOD) activity in soy- bean Zheng 951099 seedlings in 150 mmoFL NaCl. The results showed that salieyhe acid and 5-sulfosalicylic acid both improved CAT, SOD activity, and reduced MDA accumulation. When 2 kinds of exogenous phenolic acids concentration were 1.5 mmol/L, the results were the best. 5-sulfosalicylic acid was better than the effect of salicylic acid at the same concentration.
