摘要
以新型磺酸盐聚醚二元醇(SPPG)为亲水单体,聚邻苯二甲酸己二醇酯(PHPA)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和乙二胺(EDA)为原料,采用丙酮法合成了固含量超过50%的芳香族聚酯型PUD(聚氨酯分散体)胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当R=n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)=1.4∶1.0和活化温度为90℃时,该PUD胶粘剂的T-剥离强度(145.6 N/25 mm)相对最大、耐热性相对最好。
With novel sulfonate polyether diol (SPPG) as hydrophilic monomer, poly (phthalic acid hexanediol ester) ( PHPA ), hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and ethylenediamine (EDA) as raw materials, an aromatic polyester based PUD (polyurethane dispersion) adhesive with solid content above 50% was synthesized by acetone method. The research results showed that the PUD adhesive had the relatively maximal T-peeling strength ( 145.6 N/25 mm) and the relatively best heat resistance when R value or molar ratio of n (-NCO) :n (-OH) was 1.4: 1.0, and activation temperature was 90 ℃.
