摘要
文章根据GB16899-2011《自动扶梯和自动人行道的制造与安装安全规范》的要求,提出自动扶梯有载向下运行的制停距离和减速度的测试项目和测试方法。针对扶梯制停的原因讨论了测试项目存在的几种情况,并推荐了4个测试项目,最后给出了某自动扶梯有载向下运行超速的制停距离、最大速度、减速度的测量数据。
According to the GB 16899--2011 ＂Safety rules for the construction and installation of escalators and moving walks＂, test item and measuring method of the stopping distances and deceleration for escalator downward moving are elaborated in this paper. The reasons of escalator stopped is analyzed, and 4 test items are recommended. Finally the test data of stopping distance, maximum speed and deceleration of a loaded escalator downward moving are given.
