摘要
采用均匀设计法对合成过碳酰胺的工艺条件进行了优化,在优化条件(尿素与过氧化氢摩尔比为0.78,复合催化剂0.5g,反应时间24h)下,过碳酰胺的收率为63.83%,活性氧含量为16.68%。IR光谱测试表明,样品为目标产物,DTA测试结果表明过碳酰胺的热分解温度高于150℃,超过文献报道的75℃。
Percarbamide is made from urea and hydrogen peroxide with a method of uniform design in water solution.The optimum conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of urea to hydrogen peroxide is 1/0.78 with complex catalyst 0.5 gram and reaction for 24 hours.Under above conditions,the yield of percarbamide is 63.83% with an active oxygen content of 16.68%.The forming of hydrogen- bonds makes IR absorption of percarbamide shift to lower wave numbers and adding the catalyst increases thermal decomposition temperature of that from 75 ℃ to above 150 ℃.
