摘要
文章阐述了辽宁省海洋经济运行监测与评估系统架构、运行网络框架及系统平台组成,详细论述了海洋经济运行监测系统、海洋经济评估系统、海洋经济GIS支持系统的功能模块。通过模拟测试,系统表现出优越的性能。通过系统建设,实现了全省海洋经济数据的"原始"采集,进而实现海洋经济评估,为海洋渔业管理部门提供信息服务和决策支持。
It introduces the system architecture, network framework and system operation platform components of Liaoning Province marine economic operation monitoring and evaluation system in this paper, and discusses function module of the marine economy operation monitoring system, marine economy evaluation system and marine economy system of GIS in detail. Through the simulation test, this system exhibits superior performance. Through the system construction, it achieves the province marine economic data acquisition, so as to realizes the “original” marine economic assessment, and provides information service and decision-making support for the department of marine fisheries management.
