摘要
以上市房地产企业的长期银行借款为基本关系,构建"银行-房地产"贷款网络,并分析了复杂网络的结构特征。结果发现,四大国有银行有较大的度,表明这些银行与房地产企业联系紧密,而房地产企业中,北京城建、宁波富达、保利地产度较大,纵观整个网络可以发现,度越大的点个数越小,表明了该复杂网络具有无标度网络的特征。
This article takes the long-term loans of China＇s listed companies as the basic relationship to build the network of BankingReal Estate, and analyzes the structural characteristics of complex networks. It is found that four state-owned banks have a greater degree which shows that these banks have a closer relationship with real estate enterprise, and in real estate enterprise, Beijing Urban Construction,Ningbo Fuda, Poly Real Estate have a greater degree. In the whole network the number of points which have great degree is fewer, and it shows the scale-free characteristics of the complex networks.
