摘要
目的探讨护理干预在恶性血液病患者医院感染中的效果。方法选择2009年1月~2013年1月本院收治的60例恶性血液病发生院内感染的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予护理干预措施。比较两组的感染消退时间、抗菌药物使用时间、并发症发生率及生活质量。结果观察组的感染消退时间、抗菌药物使用时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组干预后的SF-36生活质量量表各项评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预能有效降低恶性血液病医院感染患者的抗菌药物使用时间及并发症发生率,提高其生活质量,值得临床拖广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on nosocomial infection in patient with hematological malignancies. Methods 60 patients with hematological malignancies suffered from nosocomial infection from January 2009 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The disappearing time of infection,time of antibiotic usage,incidence of complications and the qualities of life was compared. Results Disappearing time of infection and time of antibiotic usage in the observation group was ower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 20.0%,which was lower than 66.7% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. The score of each item in SF-36 evaluation scale after intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively decrease time of antibiotic usage and incidence of complications due to nosocomial infection in patients with hematological malignancies, improve their qualities of life,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
