摘要
竹纤维混凝土是一种新型的绿色水泥基纤维复合材料。通过一系列单轴压、劈拉、弯折对比试验,研究了不同掺量和长度的细圆杆型竹纤维对混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度的影响,并分析竹纤维混凝土的增强机理,给出了竹纤维混凝土力学性能的建议计算公式。试验结果表明,竹纤维可以大幅提升混凝土的抗劈拉性能,体积掺量为1%且纤维长度为45mm的竹纤维混凝土的抗劈拉强度比素混凝土提高了40%。在劈拉和弯折试验中,素混凝土试件在开裂后裂缝迅速贯通,表现为脆性破坏。而竹纤维混凝土试件在开裂后仍有部分竹纤维继续承担拉力直至拉断,体现出明显的延性。
Bamboo fiber reinforced concrete is a new kind of environment friendly cement-based composite material with bamboo fiber added. This paper experimentally studied the mechanical properties of the bamboo fiber reinforced concrete, and analyzed the effect of the fiber length and volume fractions on the reinforced concrete's compressive strength, split tensile strength and bending strength. According to the analysis of the test results, bamboo fiber can substantially improve the spilt tensile property as the bamboo fiber reinforced concrete has a 40% higher split strength than the plain concrete. Besides, bamboo fiber can also improve the ductility of the concrete in splitting and bending test.
