摘要
以湖北省当阳市为案例,基于文化旅游资源评价和发展阶段评估,深入分析文化旅游业发展模式的选择,归纳提出了文化旅游业发展的系统整合模式,即对文化旅游资源从空间、品牌、产品、产业、投资、营销、管理等方面进行系统整合,全方位聚集主题、资源、企业、资本、市场、政策等要素,集中构建大型文化旅游综合体,使之融为一个有机整体,实现文化旅游业的可持续发展。在这一理论框架中,空间是发展载体,品牌、产品、产业是整合对象,投资、营销、管理是实施保障,全方位聚集是发展策略。
Taking Dangyang of Hubei Province as a case, this paper evaluated the cultural values and developing stages of cultural tourism, and analyzed the development model of cultural tourism in Dangyang. As a result, the systematic integration model of cultural tourism was summarized, in which a large - scale cultural tourism complex was aggregated by themes, resources, enterprises, capital, market and policies though integration of space, brand, product, industry, investment, marketing and management. In this theoretical framework : ① Geographical space was an important carrier of cultural tourism development.②The brand, product and industry were the contents of cultural tourism. ③The investment, marketing and manage- ment were the factors to promote cultural tourism.④The systematic integration was an effective strategy of cultural tourism. The large- scale cultural tourist complex in a specific geographical space was aggregated by the theme, resources, enterprises, capital, market and policies in order to strengthen the core competitiveness of cultural tourism.
