摘要
目的探讨带状疱疹的发病特点,治疗和转归。方法对100例患者的临床资料、临床表现、治疗及预后进行分析总结。结果带状疱疹的发病与年龄、季节有关,年龄越大,病情越重,后遗神经痛发生率高。结论早期治疗,合理用药,早期联合皮质激素对缩短病程,减少疼痛及后遗神经疼的发生有一定作用。
Objective ：To explore the clinical characteristics of herpes zoster ,the treatment and the outcome. Methord：To analyze and summarize the clinical data,clinical manifestations, treatments and prognosis of one hundred patients with herpes zoster. Results ：The incidenceof herpes zoster is connected with the age and seasons. The older,the condition is more serious,and the incideme of postherpetic neuralgia is higher. Conclusion：Early treatment, reasonable option of medicines and early combination play an important role in shortening the course, reducing the pain and the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia.
