摘要 目的了解2013年河北省易县学龄儿童碘营养状况,为碘缺乏病防治提供科学依据。方法全县划分为5个抽样片区,在东、西、南、北、中各随机抽取1个乡镇做为监测点。对8-10岁学龄儿童进行甲状腺肿调查和尿碘检测,并对学生家中食用盐进行盐碘检测。结果调查8-10岁儿童782人,甲状腺肿大率为3.96%;检测8-10岁儿童尿样100人份,尿碘中位数为201.33μg/L。检测学生家中食用盐盐样776份,盐碘中位数为25.8 mg/kg。结论 2013年该县8-10岁学龄儿童甲状腺肿大率及尿碘中位数均达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准,但学生家中食用盐非碘盐比率较高,今后应进一步加强碘盐的监管。 [Objective]To investigate and evaluate the iodine nutritional status of school-age children in Yi County of Hebei Province in 2013,provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders. [Methods]The county was divided into five sampling areas(east,west,south,north and center),and one township was randomly selected and respectively from each area as the monitoring point. The goiter investigation and urinary iodine detection were performed among school children aged 8-10 years old,and the iodine content of edible salt in children's family was detected. [Results]A total of 782 school children aged 8-10 years old were investigated,and the rate of goiter was 3.96%.100 urine samples from children aged8-10 years old were detected with the median urinary iodine of 201.33 μg/L. 776 samples of edible salt from children's family were detected with the median salt iodine of 25.8 mg/kg.[Conclusion]The goiter rate and median urinary iodine of school children aged 8-10 years old in Yixian County in 2013 have met the national standards for eliminating of iodine deficiency disorders.However,the children's families which use the non-iodized salt account for a large proportion,so it is necessary to further strengthen the supervision of iodized salt in the future.
