摘要
目的:分析急性甲胺磷农药中毒早期血药浓度与T淋巴细胞亚群的关系其临床意义。方法:将92例急性甲胺磷农药中毒患者按中毒严重程度分为轻中度中毒组54例和重度中毒组38例,选92例健康体检者作为对照组,探讨2组血药浓度与CD4+、CD95+、CD3+、CD3+/CD23+、CD8+、CD8+/CD28+、CD8+/CD28-的关系。结果:血药浓度重度中毒组明显高于轻中度中毒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CD4+、CD95+、CD3+、CD3+/CD23+、CD8+、CD8+/CD28-活性明显低于轻中度中毒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而CD8+/CD28+明显高于轻中度中毒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:急性甲胺磷农药中毒早期血药浓度越高,中毒程度愈重,细胞免疫受损越严重。
Objective:Analysis of early blood drug concentration and T lymphocyte subsets and its clinical sig- nificance in acute methamidophos poisoning. Method: 92 acute methamidophos poisoning cases based on severity score were divided into mild to moderate poisoning group (54 cases) and severe poisoning group (38 cases) ,another 92 healthy subjects served as control group,To investigate the relationship between the drug concentration and CD4+ ,CD95+ ,CD3+ ,CD3+/CD23+ , CD8+ , CD8+/CD28+ ,CD8+/CD28- in 2 groups. Result: Serum concentra- tion of severe poisoning group was significantly higher than that in mild to moderate poisoning group,the differ- ence was statistically significant (P〈 0.01 ). CD4+ , CD95 + , CD3+ , CD3+/CD23+ , CD8+ , CD8+/CD28- activity was significantly lower in patients with mild to moderate poisoning groups While CD8+/CD28+ was significantly higher than the mild poisoning group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion:Early blood drug concentration of acute methamidophos pesticide poisoning is higher, the poisoning degree, cellular immune damage is more serious.
