摘要
目的：探讨益气养阴中药对三维适形放疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）老年患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法：回顾性分析我院2010年1月~2013年12月收治的76例NSCLC患者的临床资料,随机分组,对照组采取三维适形放疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用益气养阴中药治疗。结果：总有效率方面,研究组明显比对照组更优,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。研究组不良反应均显著低于对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,研究组生活质量评分提高优于对照组,差异也有显著性（P〈0.05）,放疗前、后研究组CD8,CD4/CD8比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,放疗前、后研究组中性粒细胞比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后,研究组CD8,CD4/CD8及中性粒细胞显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：益气养阴中药在老年局部晚期非小细胞肺癌方面,通过联合三维适形放疗能够对疾病产生积极影响,降低不良反应,改善免疫功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective： To investigate the effects of Yiqiyangy TCM on the life quality of and immune function in elderly patients with locally advanced non-snlall cell tung cancer through 3-D conformal radiotherapy.Methods：Retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2010 January to the clinical data of 76 cases of NSCLC patients,in 2013 December were randomized,control group adopted three- dimensional conformal radiotherapy, the research group in the control group based on the use of Yiqiyangy TCM treatment.Results： The total efficiency, the study group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Study on the adverse reactions were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）,quality of life score improved study group than the control group, there were significant differences （P〈0.05）,CD8 of the study group before and after the treatment, CD4/CD8 had statistical significance difference （P〈0.05）the study group neutrophil difference no statistical significance before and after radiotherapy （P〉 0.05）; after the treatment, the study group CDS, CD4/CD8 and neutrophils were significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two group was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Coneluslon： Yiqiyangy TCM in elderly patients with locally advanced non small cell lung cancer, through a combination of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy can have a positive impact on the disease, reduce the adverse reactions, improve immune function, improve the quality of life.
