摘要
目的:探讨血浆中降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平检测在指导小儿呼吸道感染合理抗生素的临床价值。方法:选取2009年6月至2013年7月我院确诊治疗的呼吸道感染患儿98例,依据随机分配原则分为指导组和对照组,对照组患儿给予常规抗生素治疗,指导组患儿给予PCT、CRP指导下抗生素治疗,统计分析两组患儿临床症状消失、抗生素使用情况和住院时间。结果:指导组患儿咳痰咳嗽、发热、气喘、肺部干湿性啰音症状消失时间与对照组无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);指导组患儿抗生素使用率、使用时间和住院时间明显低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PCT、CRP指导下抗生素治疗不影响呼吸道感染患儿疗效,提高治疗过程中抗生素的合理应用。
Objective： To discuss the clinical value of plasma calcitonin （PCT）, C-reactive protein （CRP） level testing to guide the rational antibiotics in pediatric respiratory infections.Methods：98 children with respiratory infections were selected in our hospitals,according to the random distribution, all patients were divided into guide group,control group, the control group given conventional antibiotics,guide group given antibiotic treatiaaent under： the guidance of PCT, CRP, analysis of two groups clinical symptoms,the usage of antibiotics.Results：Guide group cough phlegm cough,lever, asthma,tung wet sex then symptoms disappear time had 11o obvious difference with control group（P〉0.05）;Guide group antibiotics usage, using time,hospitalization time was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conelusion：Under the guidance of PCT, CRP antibiotic treatment does not affect children with respiratory tract inl＇ection curative effect,the reasonable application of antibiotics in the process of treatment.
