摘要
黑色素,包括真黑素和褐黑素,是哺乳动物毛色形成的主要物质基础。黑色素细胞产生的真黑素和褐黑素的转化使得动物表现出不同的毛色类型。ASIP和MC1R是哺乳动物体内调控毛色的两个重要候选基因,ASIP的表达会引起褐黑素的产生,MC1R的表达会引起真黑素的产生,通过调节真黑素和褐黑素的比例来影响毛色。文章就ASIP和MC1R基因及其编码蛋白的结构、作用机制、多态性及其在不同组织中的差异性表达与毛色形成的关系作一简要概述,旨在更加全面地了解这两个基因在毛色形成中的作用机理。
Melanin,including eumelanin and pheomelanin, is considered as the main material basis in the formation of mam- malian coat color. Animals with different types of coat color are induced by the switching between eumelanin and pheomelanin, which are produced by melanocytes. A SIP and MC1R are two important candidate genes in the regulation of mammalian coat col- or. The expression of A SIP can cause the production of pheomelanin, while the expression of MCIR can cause the production of eumelanin. The coat color are affected by adjustion of the proportion of eumelanin and pheomelanin. In this paper, structures of the two genes and their encoded proteins, mechanism, polymorphism and relationships of differential expression in different tis- sues with coat color were expounded, aimed at a more comprehensive understanding of the mechanism of coat color formation.
