社会责任履行与企业价值提升——基于技术创新中介作用的实证研究 被引量:40

摘要 我国企业履行社会责任的意识和水平仍处于起步阶段,企业社会责任与企业价值关系的研究结论也不尽一致。文章以2010-2012年中小企业板和创业板上市公司为样本,引入技术创新这一中间变量,实证检验了企业社会责任对企业价值的作用路径。研究结果表明,企业履行社会责任有利于提高技术创新水平,从而提升企业价值,技术创新在社会责任对企业价值的作用中发挥中介效应;技术创新的中介效应在不同行业之间存在显著差异。研究结果有利于厘清企业社会责任对企业价值的作用机制,促进企业提高社会责任意识,提升技术创新能力,从而提高企业价值。 In China, the level of awareness uf the ped'ormance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is still in its intaney, and the research conchlsions on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate wdue are inconsistent. Based on the evidence fi'om listed companies of the SMEs board and the Growth Enterprises board from 2010 to 2012, this paper introduces technology innovation as an intermediate variahle and empirically tests the function route of CSR on corporate value. The results indicate that the perfiwmanee of CSR is conducive to the improvement of technology innovation aud the enhancement of corporate value, and lechnology innovation plays a mediating role in the impact of CSR on corporate value. Furthermore, the mediating role of technology inno- wttion is quite different among different industries. This study will also favor to understand the function route of cor- on corporate value, promote firms to cuhivate social responsibility awareness and ira- capability so as to enhance corporate value.
