摘要
目前,我国成品油价格形成机制存在价格调整严重滞后、决策程序不透明等问题,加快成品油价格形成机制改革乃是大势所趋。在梳理我国成品油价格形成机制演变历程的基础上,对其存在的弊端及其相关影响因素进行了分析,进而提出了完善我国成品油价格形成机制的政策建议。
Nowadays, China＇s oil product price formation mechanism has some problems of severe lagging in price regulation, opaque decision process, and the acceleration in oil production price formation mechanism is necessary.
