摘要
节能减排是应对全球气候变暖的重要举措,也是中国转变经济发展方式的必然选择。运用市场机制解决碳排放、发展低碳经济,在推动环保产业发展的同时,不可避免地影响着能源工业和与能源工业紧密相关的行业。在阐述我国限制碳排放两种基本方式的基础上,分析了中国碳市场价格的传导机理,借鉴发达国家相关经验,提出了完善中国碳市场的对策建议。
Energy saving and emission reduction is an important measurement to cope with the global warming, and also a definite choice of China＇s transformation of economic development pattern. It is inevitable to affect the energy industry and related industry by using market mechanism to solve carbon emission, develop low carbon economy, and promotes the environmental protection industry. Based on the presentation of China＇s two limitations of carbon emission, this paper analyzes the transmission mechanism of China＇s carbon market price, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve China＇s carbon market according to the relevant experience of foreign countries.
