摘要
品管圈文化建设以医院文化为基础,以科室特色为前提,以圈员为根本,以解决问题为导向,以持续改进为动力,以患者满意为目标。应用群体发展五阶段模型指导品管圈文化建设,在形成阶段落实培训,培养学习文化;在震荡阶段形成圈标识系统,培养团队文化;在规范阶段提炼核心理念,培养责任文化;在执行阶段建立规范的行为系统,培养执行文化;在解体阶段总结可推广成果,培养持续改进文化。
Since July 2012 the introduction of quality control circles and the complete of the first ten circles in May 2013, the achievements included quality consciousness gained ; increased workers capacity ; continuous improvement of the working qual- ity. The practice experience included a sound organization with from top to bottom linkage; improvement of the system with re- wards and punishments ; multi - channel learning with full training ; all coverage to achieve a comprehensive quality improvement ; carefid topics chosen with hospital characteristics and assessment of the IIIA hospital.
