处于电子商务产业链下游的快递业代表顺丰,近期推出了便利店业态的"嘿客",顺丰嘿客一夜之间花开全国,开创了一种O2O发展的新模式。凭借顺丰速运和顺丰优选的强大优势以及"社区生活服务平台"的准确定位,"嘿客"拥有传统便利店和电子商务不可比拟的优势。那么,嘿客店的选址将直接影响客户群体以及未来的收益情况,文中从定性与定量两个方面介绍了嘿客店的选址策略,定性方面,以一家嘿客店为例,做了实地的调研,主要包括商圈。消费结构、人流量等,最终以加权综合评估是否合理;定量方面主要是根据嘿客店所属分点部的人均效能,日均收派量,月度增长率等作为基本数据,最终得出店铺收入投入比与1进行比较,判断某地是否适宜选址。

This paper introduced the location strategy of "hey guest "from two parts that are quantification and identification. Taken a "hey guest"as an example,we have done the filed research on identification,it mainly contains business zone,consumption structure,people counting,etc,finally,evaluated whether it is reasonable with the method of weighted synthesis; On quantification,according to finally received the effectiveness per capita,number of receive and send per day,growth rate per month as the basic data,finally received ratio ofincome and investment,then compared with 1 to judge if the place is suitable for location or not.
