摘要
近年来电商企业飞速发展,但滞后的物流难以跟上其时代发展步伐,主流的电商企业都在积极探索与实践多元物流模式。文中以京东模式为例,分析其自营物流模式的优势劣势,并针对京东自营物流存在的问题提出相应的建议。
In recent years,e- commerce enterprises have developed rapidly,but compared with their development pace the material flow industry is developing slowly and has lagged behind. The mainstream commerce enterprises are actively and practically exploring multivariate self- run material flow industry models. This paper sets Jingdong mode as an example to analyze the advantages or disadvantages of the self- conducting logistics flow industry model and gives suggestions to Jing Dong problems in this area.
