摘要
目的探讨研究奥美拉唑、克拉霉素联合阿莫西林(三联疗法)治疗老年消化性溃疡的临床分析。方法选取该院2009年6月—2013年8月期间收治的80例消化性溃疡的患者做为该次研究的对象,按随机双盲法分为观察组40例,对照组40例,对照组采用甲硝唑联合阿莫西林对其进行治疗,观察组采用奥美拉唑、克拉霉素联合阿莫西林进行治疗,两组患者疗程均为4周,复查其胃镜,对比两组患者溃疡愈合情况,对幽门螺杆菌(HP)消除情况进行检测后比较。结果治疗后观察组的溃疡愈合情况及幽门螺杆菌的清除情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且腹胀、反酸等其他表现均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑、克拉霉素联合阿莫西林对老年消化性溃疡患者治疗效果较好,能有效提高幽门螺杆菌的清除率,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical analysis of omeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin（triple therapy） in the treatment of peptic ulcer in the elderly. Methods 80 cases with peptic ulcer admitted in our hospital from June 2009 to August 2013 were selected as the subjects of this study and they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each according to the random double-blind method. The control group was treated by metronidazole combined with amoxicillin, and the observation group was treated by omeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin. The course of treatment of both groups was 4 weeks.All the patients underwent gastroscopy for reviewing. The ulcer healing and the detected result of clearing Helicobacter pylori（HP）were compared between the groups. Results After treatment, the ulcer healing and clearance of Helicobacter pylori were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）, and abdominal distention, acid regurgitation and other performance were less than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole, clarithromycin combined with amoxicillin has better treatment effect on peptic ulcer in the elderly, which can improve the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori, so it is worthy of clinical appli-cation and promotion.
