大学职能及职能定位的再思考——基于职教改革的视野

摘要 人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新作为大学的四大职能。其中人才培养是核心职能,科学研究是血液,社会服务是指向,文化传承是理想。四种职能的演变过程及职能定位的变化是人文教育和职业教育两大教育理念的较量与平衡,在当今盛行的职教改革的视野下对大学职能及职能定位进行思考,让我们更加明晰大学职能,有利于让我们认识到,职教改革对于大学职能以及两种教育理念融合的意义。 Talent cultivation, scientific research, social services, cultural inheritance and innovation are four major functions of universities. Among them, talent cultivation is the core, scientific research the blood, social services the orientation, cultural inheritance and innovation the ideal. The evolution of the four functions and their position changes reveals the battle between humanities education and vocational education. In the perspective of the prevailing vocational education reform, thinking again about the university function and its position, we can make the university function clearer, which is conducive to our understanding of the vocational education reform and the significant integration of the both education concepts.
