摘要
本文通过分析当前绩效管理中普遍采用的成果式管理存在的弊端,提出关键点控制管理方法,并就在管理实施过程中如何确定关键点、关键点控制实施方法及注意问题展开探讨。
Based on an analysis of the drawbacks of results-based management commonly used in current performance management practices,the paper proposes a management approach featured by key points control,and elaborates on how to identify key points,how to implement key points control and the problems that require attention.
