摘要
心理负荷是构建管制员的信息加工模型、评估管制员绩效和评估空中交通流量的关键。鉴于管制员心理负荷难以评估,通过分析管制任务和管制操作程序,划分飞机的运行类别,提出冲突化解时间(TLOS)指标;依据冲突严重性和紧急性变量量化附加负荷,根据飞机数量和附加负荷,构建管制员心理负荷评估模型——交通负荷指数(TLI)模型。以雷达记录数据为基础,应用TLI模型评估管制员的心理负荷,将结果与NASA-TLX结果进行组间和组内的皮尔森相关性分析。研究表明:2项评估结果的相关性好,说明该方法具有良好的诊断性、对管制员的工作绩效无干扰。
Mental workload is the key to building a model for air traffic controllers' information process- ing, evaluating their performance, and assessing air traffic flow. Seeing that the air traffic controllers'men- tal workload is hard to assess. Tasks and procedures of air traffic control were analyzed. Aircrafts'operation was divided into categories. TLOS was proposed. Additional mental workload was quantified according to seriousness and urgency of conflicts. A TLI model was built according to the number of aircrafts and addi- tional mental workload. The TLI model was used to evaluate air traffic controllers' mental workload based on data of radar simulation task, and then correlations of TLI and NASA-TLX were analyzed using Pearson correlation test. The results show a good correlation between the 2 results, which shows the method has a high diagnostic capacity and no interference in air traffic controllers'performance.
